The new era of Internet plus and big data bring forth a lot of challenges and opportunities in almost every aspects of the society, as well as education, which is always a hot social topic. Globalization and innovations of digital technologies have made learning more accessible and efficient than ever before. Interactive teaching and learning platforms have emerged to increase the students’ learning interests and promote the communication and attention of teachers and parents. Big data analysis has made possible enjoyable and effective personalized learning. Education, including pre-school education, basic education, higher education, vocational education and lifelong learning, is being transformed by the creation of innovative engagements.

 

As there are growing impacts of digital technology and e-learning trends on education in the future, including areas like teaching, researches, students’ learning, many challenges and questions arise. How to enhance learning performance and boost students’ motivation, when digital technology and e-learning are combined with education innovation? How to collaboratively work together to optimize among teachers, students, teaching contents and activities, using the Internet plus strategy?

 

The sub-conference gathers researchers and educators in the fields of Digital Technology, Innovation, and Education for presentations and publications to collaboratively initiate new areas in education for the purpose of incorporating the internet plus strategy, accelerating the digital technology and e-learning research, expecting to promote the chances for global Chinese to stand out in the new era. The conference cordially invites participation from international and overseas experts in related fields as well as young scholars to disseminate and share their ideas of latest research in Digital Technology, Innovation, and Education.

 

Paper Submission

1. Authors should prepare submissions either in English or in Chinese (Full paper: 8 pages; Short paper: 4 pages; Poster: 2 pages). Submissions prepared in Chinese should provide the title, the abstract and the keywords in both Chinese and English.

2. Authors should submit papers in Microsoft Word format. Please make use of the paper template provided by the conference on the website for preparing submissions.

3. Authors should make submissions by uploading papers to the designed submission system of the conference.

All the accepted papers to the sub-conference will be published in the ISBN-coded proceedings of GCCCE 2017.
