Beijing Normal University Advanced Innovation Center for Future Education is a high-level international innovation platform supported by the Beijing Municipal Government. It serves the construction of Beijing National Science and Technology Innovation Center and the adjustment of “high-grade, precision and advanced” industrial structure. The core mission of the Center is to develop a smart public education service platform based on big data for the future education development of teachers and students in the field of basic education in Beijing, provide innovative educational application services for teachers and students in the city, and explore innovative education business form and governance plan in the era of mobile internet. According to the core tasks of the center, it is planned to recruit post-doctoral talents in related research fields: basic theory of learning, subject education, intelligence technology in education field, big data and artificial intelligence research, research on online education resources and services, technology and education integration under the consumption-driven concept, and research on education governance technology.
I. Research areas
1. Research on the basic theory of learning in the Internet era
Based on the disciplines of brain science, neuroscience, clinical medicine, etc., research on the key issues of critical period of cognitive development, cognitive rules, emotional changes and adjustments of students in the 21st century
Research on students' learning patterns under the conditions of new media and new technologies
Research on students' reading, writing, calculation, expression and other basic ability changes
Research on information literacy, media literacy and physical and mental health survey and coping strategies
Research on automated problem assessment model for comprehensive problem solving ability
2. Subject education research

II. Application requirements
Applicants should meet the following basic requirements:
1. No more than 35 years old.
2. Have obtained doctor ‘s degree from the top 100 universities in the world (overseas) in the past three years.
3. Outstanding research achievements during the Ph.D. studies and meet the requirements for the selection indicators of Class-A post-doctoral candidates of employer.
The selection of Class A postdoctoral candidates requires a higher level of scientific research output in the past five years, which must meet one of the following requirements:
(1) Preside over provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects and obtain important phased results;
(2) Publish high-level original research results as the first author or corresponding author, publish at least one paper in class B and above journals (or SSCI-Q1 area) or two papers in class C and above journals, or publish at least 3 papers in CSSCI source journals.
4. Ensure continuous post-doctoral research in China for no less than 21 months.
5. Personnel from non-English speaking countries should have good Chinese (or English) listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
6. Results published during the service period should be noted as “This study is funded by the Postdoctoral International Exchange Program”。
III. Funding plans and funding
The post-doctoral international exchange program introduction project is mainly to support some outstanding foreign (overseas) and doctoral students studying in China (returning to China) to work in the postdoctoral research station of our school, and carry out postdoctoral research under the guidance of the co-tutors.
1. At present, the funding quota of our school's international exchange program is 7 persons.
2. Each person receives an annual subsidy of 300,000 yuan (including 200,000 yuan per person per year from the state and 100,000 yuan per person from the school), including living expenses, housing allowances, medical insurance and a round trip to and from China.
3. The school arranges apartments for post-doctoral of international exchange plan to lease during the work period.
IV. Application process
