The 20th China International Urban Construction Exposition had been held at China International Exhibition Center (New Venue) from November 5th to November 7th, 2020. With the theme of “Green Development, Technology Empowerment”, the Expo focused on the construction of the Smart City, including business, government, healthcare, education, and community, aiming to apply the innovative information technology to the operation of the city.
Intelligent Education plays an important role in the Smart City. As the only representative of Intelligent Education, Advanced Innovation Center for Future Education (AICFE) of Beijing Normal University collaborated with Guangzhou Cloudbutterfly Corporation (广州云蝶科技有限公司), showing the high-level digitized ideas and achievements of educational governance and manifesting the scene of future school and intelligent education. At this exhibition, products and concepts had been displayed around the theme of “Future School + Intelligent Education”. Based on “Internet +” and “Big Data”, AICFE advocated that technology empowers education and exhibited its core platforms, including Smart learning Partner, Smart Teaching and Research, Evidence-based Project Based Learning System (EPBL), Leaping Development of Chinese Education, and new model of public services of Intelligent Education. During the Expo, the exhibition of AICFE was widely recognized by the leaders and guests.
Lai Ming, member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Deputy Secretary-General, and Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of Jiusan Society, and Zeng Shaohua, director of China Architectural Culture Center, visited the exhibition area of AICFE.
