AI Lab received Best video runner-up in 2021 Video Competition at International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI)


The video of “AI Powered Intelligent Tutoring System for Math Education” made by AI Lab of AICFE won the best video runner-up in Video Competition at the 30th International Joint Conferences on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI). The video uses a vivid and straightforward form to show everyone how knowledge graph, learner modeling, knowledge tracing, auto-grading, and other technologies are applied to the intelligent tutoring system to provide learners with an automatic and personalized learning experience while reducing teachers’ workload.

IJCAI presents premier international gatherings of AI researchers and practitioners and they were held biennially in odd-numbered years since 1969. It is known as the "Olympics" in the field of AI and is one of the oldest and most influential academic conferences, which focuses on a wide range of fields and implements strict evaluation criteria. As the only award-winning work on the theme of AI education in this competition, the video has been played to all participants during the conference, showing the exploration and achievements of AICFE in the field of AI empowering education to colleagues from all over the world. In the future, AI Lab will continue to explore more efficient and intelligent techniques and application methods to help achieve more fair and high-quality education.
