At the meeting, Li Baoping, the leader of the project, made a final report on behalf of the research group, focusing on the research background, research priorities and difficulties, research methods, research content, research results and other aspects. Group, she said, based on the national education digital transformation and Jiujiang wisdom city, wisdom education construction background organization solid research and data collection, including, the Jiujiang city administrative department of education, wisdom education construction responsible for enterprise, straight school field interviews and research, development for multiple subject online questionnaire, collect district county education information construction funds allocated and usage, etc. She pointed out that, Based on the analysis of 1,192 student questionnaires, 228 teacher questionnaires, education information construction data of 22 municipal schools, and funding data of 5 districts and counties, The research group found that the current situation and problems of smart education construction in Jiujiang city, Determine the difficulties and obstacles such as the bottleneck of education, the lack of construction of new infrastructure, and the improvement of digital teaching and learning literacy of teachers and students, Policy suggestions on strengthening the overall leadership of the digital transformation of education, improving the education management mechanism of the digital transformation of education, implementing the special project construction of intelligent education, and carrying out the pilot and demonstration work of integrated and innovative application. In addition, the research group also put forward consultation and feedback opinions on the preliminary design scheme and open bidding scheme of the smart education project of the "Smart Jiujiang" industry application project, and put forward scientific and reasonable guidance and suggestions for the project construction. The experts of the review group said that this topic is a typical case of the cooperation between the government and universities in administration. Through solid research, the construction of Jiujiang smart city was put forward from the field of education. From the perspective of policy transformation, the research results of this subject have high policy reference value, which is conducive to improving the scientific nature and rationality of the construction of smart education projects in Jiujiang city, and provides guidance for the digital transformation of schools in Jiujiang city. Many experts said that they look forward to the continuous cooperation between the two sides and put forward phased goals and action plans from the level of promotion and implementation. Yu Shengquan further interpreted the research ideas from the dimension of constructing intelligent education business, and pointed out that the construction of regional intelligent education should be committed to the innovation of education business, not just the changes in some aspect of infrastructure and teaching. He believes that in the specific construction process, Jiujiang city should refer to the systematic thinking of "reform thinking, technological power, transformation mode and means of market" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the aspect of ecological and environmental protection, and hope that the construction reference opinions can be adopted to a certain extent.
