Guizhou Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County digital enabling teacher professional development training and the pilot application of intelligent teaching innovation in the rural network joint school environment was held in Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County, Guizhou province

The project is undertaken by nine units, including Beijing Normal University, South China Normal University, Guangzhou Oya Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., taking Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County in Guizhou Province as a pilot area to carry out teachers' ability evaluation and accurate auxiliary demonstration application research.

At the beginning of the meeting, Deng Heping, deputy director of the county Education Bureau, extended his sincere thanks and warm welcome to the leaders and experts who came to the scene. She introduced that Yinjiang County has made remarkable progress in the modernization of education in recent years, realizing the integration of all school classes, building an intelligent training and recording platform covering 44 schools and a total of 53 recording classrooms, and actively promoting the application of the national intelligent education platform for primary and secondary schools. Although some phased achievements have been achieved, efforts are still needed to achieve the goal of digital transformation of education. She stressed that the implementation of the project will strongly promote the integration of artificial intelligence with education and teaching, and encourage the 10 pilot schools, including Yinjiang No.7 Primary School, to cherish the opportunities, overcome difficulties and work together to create a new ecology of Yinjiang education.

Then, Dr. Mi Qiaowei of South China Normal University introduced the demonstration application project in depth, and elaborated on the implementation requirements of the project. Based on emerging intelligent technologies, the project designed intelligent functions such as lesson preparation and lesson inspection, providing teachers with high-quality digital education resources, intelligent diagnosis tools for classroom teaching and intelligent generation tools for teaching plans, and helping teachers and schools accumulate achievements of teaching reform, helping to the high-quality development of rural education. At the same time, he hopes that teachers and schools will promote the application of AI in teaching in the process of meeting the requirements of the project, so as to provide intelligent teaching support for Yinjiang County.

At the awarding ceremony, Huang Ziqian, the representative of the general project team and the associate professor of South China Normal University, signed a contract with Deng Heping, the deputy director of the Education Bureau of Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County, and awarded the "Demonstration Area" plaque to the county.

Figure 6 presents a plaque of the demonstration school


Chen Song, the principal of Yinjiang Middle School, spoke as the representative of the model school. He shared his experience and experience in participating in the digital intelligence leadership training of middle school principals of the Ministry of Education, and introduced the smart campus ecosystem of Yinjiang Middle School, showing its platform characteristics and students' accurate learning system. At the same time, he pointed out that it is necessary to face up to and actively respond to the four challenges in the development of intelligent teaching, such as the shortage of funds, the lack of talents, the lag of ideas and the difficulty of organizational reform, and stressed that the school needs to seize the opportunities brought by digital intelligence technology for education, and have the courage to practice.

Dr. Huang Can from South China Normal University demonstrated the specific operation process of the intelligent teaching innovation demonstration application platform, resource center, course inspection center and teaching and research center, which provided detailed technical guidance for teachers to retrieve high-quality resources, design personalized teaching plans and diagnose classroom teaching videos.

Associate professor of south China normal university Huang Ziqian for attending teachers "based on intelligent assessment of teachers teaching ability promotion method and strategy" seminar, deeply analyzes the project implementation background and significance, comprehensively introduces the teachers teaching ability of intelligent evaluation system, and then discusses how to ability based on evaluation data, and puts forward the targeted intelligent evaluation promotion strategy, using data for teachers to education teaching ability pointed out the clear direction.

During the meeting, Associate Professor Huang Ziqian observed the on-site class of Yinjiang No.7 Primary School, affirmed the teaching performance of the teachers, and provided targeted suggestions for improvement based on the project, and encouraged them to share their valuable experience. This visit not only helps to understand the education level of the experimental school, but also laid a solid foundation for the formulation of a special pilot plan and the effective implementation of the project, in order to improve the quality of Yinjiang education through these measures and inject new vitality into the revitalization of rural education.
