On the afternoon of May 8, 2025, Professor TSIYEN-OIDOV BATTOGTOKH, the head of the Department of Informatics at the College of Information Technology, National University of Mongolia, led a delegation of 14 teachers to visit the Advanced Innovation Center for Future Education at Beijing Normal University. Professor Yu Shengquan, the executive director of the center, along with Deputy Director Chen Penghe of the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Director Li Xiaoqin of the Administrative Office, and Assistant Researcher Cui Xiangming from the Integrated Application Laboratory, attended the meeting together.
At the beginning of the meeting, Teacher Chen Penghe introduced the leading practice of the center in intelligent education technology research and development and service, focusing on the smart study companion, open tutoring, open research and other projects and their achievements in promoting education equity and quality improvement.
The Mongolian representative listened carefully and praised the research results of the high-tech center, saying that its exploration in the field of intelligent education is very pioneering and leading, and has important reference significance for the development of Mongolian education. Subsequently, the Mongolian side also shared the development situation of the Information Technology College of the National University of Education in Mongolia.
Finally, Professor Yu shengquan said in his concluding remarks that he looked forward to more fruitful exchanges and cooperation between the two sides in more fields in the future.
