The project is undertaken by nine units, including Beijing Normal University, South China Normal University, Guangzhou Owei Electronic Technology Co., LTD. Taking Zoucheng city of Shandong Province as the first batch of pilot units to carry out teacher ability evaluation and precision auxiliary demonstration application research.

Li Yue, member of the Party group and deputy director of Zoucheng Education and Sports Bureau, delivered a welcome speech and introduced the construction of intelligent education in Zoucheng to the leaders, experts and teachers. He pointed out that in recent years, Zoucheng has continued to increase investment in education, improved school conditions, optimized the environment for smart education, actively promoted education reform and innovation, improved the level of school running in urban and rural areas, and made positive contributions to the training of outstanding talents and serving local development. He expressed the hope that through the demonstration and application of the project, we will mine more practical experience of data technology application, deepen the professional growth concept of the application of digital enabling teachers, and promote the development of digital education.

Dr. Mi Qiaowei of South China Normal University introduced the demonstration application project in depth and elaborated the relevant work requirements in detail. The project based on the rural teachers teaching ability model and intelligent machine teaching embedded concept, through intelligent technology to provide preparation, class support, provide teachers with high quality digital education resources, classroom teaching intelligent diagnosis tools and teaching plan intelligent generation tools, and help teachers and school teaching reform achievements, the project implementation will provide intelligent support for zoucheng intelligent teaching research.

In the process of lecture, he elaborated on the primary and secondary school teachers 'teaching practice ability development model and teachers' digital ability training, pointed out the direction for teachers' professional development, further discusses the profound influence of generative artificial intelligence on education, and advocates that teachers should actively embrace generative artificial intelligence to the basic education field.
