Introduction:
This project aims to integrate information and communication technology (ICT) in teaching and learning for different disciplines and improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning in classroom. At experimental elementary and secondary schools in rural areas, students’ performance in English listening, speaking, comprehension, as well as the quality of teaching have improved. A study in this project titled Improve the Education Quality in Rural and Secondary Schools and Promote the Balanced Development of Education by Applying information-based Teaching Innovation Theory was awarded the first prize in the 4th National Excellent Research Achievement in Education Science.
