Introduction
Advanced Innovation Center for Future Education (AICFE) cooperates with Beijing Municipal Commission of Education to introduce Expert-based Collective Advising Mechanism (ECAM), aiming to provide after-school tutoring service for students in rural areas.
ECAM employs prominent in-service teachers in public secondary schools across all districts in Beijing to give free online tutoring to students in less developed schools. At present, it covers 14,059 prominent in-service teachers from 17 districts in Beijing and 88,724 junior high school students from 8 districts in rural areas.
