摘要:智能时代社会生活形态的重塑对人才培养提出了新挑战和新诉求,迫切呼唤人才培养模式的革新。立足于时代特征和社会需求,本文从指导思想、培养目标、课程体系、评价机制和治理体制五个层面阐述人才培养模式的深度转型。智能时代的人才培养以前沿的认知科学规律为引领,以释放人机结合的分布式智能为目标,以多态多境跨域的课程体系为基础,以面向成长的发展性评估为导向,以开放弹性适应性的治理为保障,从而实现人才供给和需求的有机衔接、培养理念和过程的一体贯通、教育环节和要素的协同配合、育才价值和育人旨归的内在统一。
Abstract: The reshaping of social life forms in the intelligent era has posed new challenges and demands for talent cultivation, urgently calling for the innovation of talent cultivation models. Based on the characteristics of the era and social needs, this paper elaborates on the in-depth transformation of the talent cultivation model from five aspects: guiding ideology, cultivation objectives, curriculum system, evaluation mechanism, and governance system. Talent cultivation in the intelligent era is guided by the laws of cutting-edge cognitive science, aims to unleash the distributed intelligence of the combination of humans and machines, is based on a polymorphic, multi-context, and cross-domain curriculum system, is oriented towards growth-oriented developmental evaluation, and is guaranteed by open, flexible, and adaptive governance, so as to achieve the organic connection between talent supply and demand, the integrated connection of cultivation concepts and processes, the coordinated cooperation of educational links and elements, and the internal unity of the value of cultivating talents and the purpose of educating people.
